The project involved the complete development of Kaya Yoga as an international yoga education brand — from the initial concept and business structure through curriculum development, operations, instructor development, market expansion, and the creation of a consistent student experience across multiple countries.
Scope of Work
Business Concept & Foundation: Develop the Kaya Yoga concept, business model, positioning, operational structure, and long-term vision for an international yoga teacher training school.
Curriculum & Teacher Training: Develop comprehensive yoga teacher training programs and educational pathways, combining traditional yoga philosophy and practices with modern approaches to anatomy, physiology, movement, breathwork, meditation, teaching methodology, and wellbeing.
Brand Development: Create and establish the Kaya Yoga brand, positioning it as a professional, internationally focused yoga education provider with a strong emphasis on quality, authenticity, and personal development.
International Expansion: Develop and implement the school's expansion into multiple markets, establishing operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Indonesia, and Mexico while maintaining consistency in educational standards and brand identity.
Instructor & Team Development: Build and develop an international network of experienced yoga teachers, trainers, and practitioners capable of delivering Kaya Yoga programs to a consistently high standard.
Operations & Systems: Establish the operational systems required to manage teacher training programs, students, instructors, scheduling, course delivery, administration, and international locations.
Program & Product Development: Develop a diverse portfolio of teacher training programs, workshops, classes, retreats, and continuing education opportunities to support students throughout their yoga journey.
Student Experience: Design the complete student journey from initial enquiry and enrollment through training, assessment, certification, and continued professional development.
